Ate there this past week and we ordered a couple of beers and the waitstaff came back and said they were out of the first selection. We ordered the second they came back and said they were out of that also. We got the third selection. We then ordered, chicken Cesar salad, another dish (forgot that dish) and a chicken dish. The waitstaff came and said they only had enough chicken for my salad. We ordered spaghetti. Why the 4 stars ? Our waitress was fantastic and funny and made it pleasant despite the lack of selections. Then our food came and we were impressed it was amazing. Now I know why they were out of chicken my chicken quite honestly was the most tender well seasoned tasty chicken I have ever had. I wish I could have had so much more. So the 4 stars instead of 5 was for selections when we revisit I will definitely have the chicken. (If they have it)

My Wife and I invited some Friends out for Dinner at the Cork & Pig Tavern to Celebrate our "154th Month-i-versary". Instead of ordering an Appetizer then the main course, we order 'all-the-appetizers' they have on their Menu, but not all at once. This is a Very Fun Way to explore any Restaurant, but before you do, always ask the Restaurant of choice if they can do this, and what day & time is best. I made Reservation for us the day before and requested one of their larger booths. When trying this you need a larger table top due to the number of dishes. We all arrived on time and the Hostess showed us to our table. Elijah is our Server and he took our drink orders - and yes he did ask if we wanted to start with any Appetizers. I said; "Well, yes we do but we want all of them - but not all at once. We want to enjoy our drinks before ordering." He said; "Okay, we can do that." My Wife and I are having our usual, Jack-N-Cokes, but with Diet Coke. Pam ordered a 'Frose', a frozen blend of Rose & Fresh Lime Juice. We all are having water with lemon. Our Drinks arrived and we toasted to our 154th Month-i-versary. Now for our order. We are starting off with their "House Salad" for each of us. Their "House Salad" ingredients are not listed, so here goes my guess - Few different types of Lettuce, Sprouts, Cabbage, Tomatoes, Corn, Avocado, Croutons with a Balsamic Champagne Dressing. We are also having their "Southwest Queso" - Spicy Queso and a Red Sauce with Heat - and Light-Crispy Chips. The 'House Salad' came out just ahead of the Southwest Queso. This is the Largest House Salad you have ever seen - it's served on an oval plate and is a Beautiful Presentation of Saladlciousness - with just a light touch of sweetness. My Wife and I think this is the Perfectly-Best-House-Salad-Ever. Every bite is Perfectly-Just-Right - and there are a lot of bites. Love that Dressing. In Texas, no matter what part you are in, you order "Queso" just because. Cork & Pigs Southwest Queso is different than other places we have tried. Here it's just the right amount of 'spicy-heat' with Just-Right-Crispy Chips - and the Red Sauce is Right-On. When we were just about finished enjoying those, I ordered the "Crispy Calamari" and "Spinach & Artichoke Dip". The 'Crispy Calamari' came out first and it is also a lot on that plate - with two-sauces - and more than just Octopus - and it's all Just-the-Right-Crunch-Crispylicious. Calamari is always a treat and their Calamari is done-right. The 'Spinach & Artichoke Dip' is one of my Wife's Favorites no matter where she goes - and she makes it at home also. Spinach is green and green is good for you, so that means that this Spinach & Artichoke Dip is not only Very Tastylicious, but good for you as well - so enjoy all you want - and we did just that. The Calamari and the Spinach-Artichoke-Dip went down fast - soon it was time to order the remaining Appetizers. Next up is the "Deviled Eggs w/BACON"; there are five of these all fluffed up, topped with BACON and a little heat added. "Meatballs"; Three of these, and they are a Very Nice Size, with lots of Marinara Sauce and a couple slices of Garlic Bread. "Blue Ribbon Wings"; Eight of these and are covered in a Buffalo Sauce, with just the Right-Amount of Heat Served with two sauces, Blue Cheese & Ranch. The 'Deviled Eggs w/BACON' came out with the 'Meatballs' - and the 'Blue Ribbon Wings' came out a little later. All of us LOVE Deviled Eggs and these are something Special - which might be because of the BACON - and a little heat. I cannot resist Deviled Eggs and I didn't resist these. They are soooooo gooooood and tasty - mmmmmmmmmm yummliciousness. Those Meatballs are a good size and I Love the flavor and the Marinara Sauce. The 'Blue Ribbon Wings' arrived half way through us enjoying the Deviled Eggs & Meatballs - and this plate looks Delicious. Eight Mighty-Meaty Buffalo Coated Wings served with Celery Sticks, Blue Cheese & Ranch Dipping Sauces - and they are Tastylicious even without any sauces. Love that Blue Cheese Dip and you can never go wrong with Ranch for dipping anything. These Wings are really good and not overly-hottt with Buffalo. This is always a Very Unique Way of Celebrating our '154th Month-i-versary' with Friends. Elijah was Awesome, as he was before, and earned the "Dollar-Bow-Tie" Award, as he earned before. All the Cork & Pig Staff has always been on top of the game every time we have been here. Check out a Cork & Pig On-Line near you - you will be happy, and full, with whatever you order. Remember, there is always more food than you can imagine when trying this out - especially for the first time. Thank You Elijah and the Cork & Pig Staff for all you do - and you do a lot.

Food is expensive but so worth it. I had tacos and my partner had fried fish. We had the deviled eggs for an appetizer It was SOOO good. Not even going to lie, I accidentally got a little tipsy because those drinks are FIRE. The waitress was super sweet and nice. I'm from Virginia, and she reminded me of the kind people from back home. Good took a little bit, but good things are definitely worth the wait.
